How does Passfolio work?

Passfolio is a mobile trading app on a mission to expand the global economy by giving people around the world access to US stocks. Passfolio is a product of Panchain, Inc. that uses the services of its subsidiaries Passfolio Financial, LLC and Passfolio Securities, LLC, a broker-dealer member of FINRA and SIPC. You can find FINRA BrokerCheck reports for Passfolio Securities, LLC here.

Passfolio charges no commission fees¹ in stock trading, which helps investors keep more of their money (the company generates revenue in other ways, e.g. interest on uninvested cash). Passfolio also supports fractional shares, allowing users to buy as little as $1 of any stock - even those that cost thousands of dollars.² All shares are held by Passfolio’s partner clearing broker, DriveWealth.

¹ Securities less than $5 cost $0.02/share. Please see our Disclosures on other charges

² Please see our Fractional Shares Disclosure
